Our story

Tels Complex Care is a registered nurse-led service preparing to support people with complex health and disability needs across the Darling Downs from 1 January 2027.
Our perspective is shaped by professional nursing experience and a background in safety and security. It brings together practical understanding, careful communication and a steady focus on the details that help support feel safer and more sustainable.
